Goals Form a stronger organization/group. Help with the AIDS quilt. Purchase books that include positive Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, or Transgender themes. [For the Mount Greylock Regional High School library.] Build a bond with other GSAs (Gay-Straight Alliances). Establish more support than action among ourselves. Speak to the youth, and educate the youth on tolerance.

Yeah Us! The Department of Education recently awarded Mount Greylock Regional School District a Safe Schools Program for Gay and Lesbian Students grant. The Safe Schools Program for Gay and Lesbian students ensures equal access for gay and lesbian students within our schools. This program is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education working in conjunction with the Governor's Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth, a Commition formed by former Governor Weld to promote suicide among gay and lesbian adolescents.
